We are currently hiring for the following opportunities:

We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! You will need to install heating, furnaces, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Hold valid Gas Technician license (at least Gas 2 level)
Hold valid sheet metal license
Previous experience in HVAC installation and duct work
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Have knowledge about boilers and able to perform boiler installation
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Possess a valid driver's license

We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented Sales Representatives to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for reaching the sales inquiries assigned to you, and developing, maintaining and strengthening business relationships with our clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand the relative HVAC products (ie: Lennox, Armstrong Air, American Standard Air....) after proper training
Respond to sales inquiries actively and meet with potential customers to identify immediate or future needs.
Provide proper quotation to customers based on their requirements and follow up on each quote and order
Build up and enhance strong business relationships with new or old customers
Deliver on agreed upon KPIs and sales targets
Communicate sales activities to Sales Manager on weekly and monthly basis

Education/Experience:

Excellent communication skills
Previous sales experience is preferred
An undergraduate degree or college diploma is preferred
A strong ability to communicate, present, and persuade
Have access to a car and possess a valid driver's license
